This will allow for trim to stay in place as the whether changes from the extreme heat of summer to cold of winter. The 3/4 inch wide trim might be able to flatten out enough to reach 7/8 inches but it would be wiser to go with a larger size, such as # CAM25123 which is 1 inch wide, and trim as needed. While we have an option available, the iRV33 is not available for direct replacement. I suggest, the iRV RV Stereo # IRV64FR that will fit in your current cutout but is not as tall so a trim piece will be needed. Otherwise this is pretty much a plug-in-play option.
